First premiered in Vienna in 1888, The Fairy Doll is set in a toy shop in St Petersburg in the1850’s whereby when night falls the dolls miraculously come to life when the fairy doll invites them to a ball.
This charming ballet was one of the most successful productions in the late 19th century – it is a true and rarely staged gem not to be missed! The Fairy Doll Ballet will feature the divine company artists of Dancebourne Arts and the emerging talent of our youth company artists.
The program will also include a stunning new classical choreography performed by the artists of Dancebourne Arts.
